Ninety Plus Kemgin is inspired by the beans produced in Nekempte, west of Addis Ababa, capital of Ethiopia. The washed process invokes greater control than traditional natural methods, and the result is a particularly clean and elegant coffee. Kemgin is noteworthy for its delicately light floral notes, bright acidity, and aromatic complexity.
